This “white cheese”, as called in Europe, has a subtle and zesty taste. This unctuous smooth paste reveals all the aroma of our sheep’s milk. Carefully ladled, so not to break the curd, kept in its content to conserve the full cool and delectable unicity of this versatile cheese. Use it cold on a hot apple pie, in your favorite recipes instead of sour cream, on top of bagels with smoked salmon or simply topped with a honey or maple syrup filet… This unique and unctuous cheese is appreciated in many Chefs’ kitchen.

Only 15% M.F. Must be kept cold in the fridge in its origin recipient. The small milk, the Lactoserum, is a high-protein ingredient to be used in your pancakes or muffins recipes instead of milk or buttermilk.
